My name is David Losh, and I would like to personally welcome you to Seattle House Cleaning.

In 1988 I started the company A Spring Cleaning for doing one time cleanings. The specialty has been whole house deep cleaning.

Many of the top Real Estate agents in the Seattle area used our service to prepare properties for sale.

My wife Elsa began the regularly scheduled part of our business by taking on a couple of clients. The business grew rapidly. After some trial, and error, we scaled back to be more effecient.

We have settled in with a great group of people who have been with us since 2006.

You have certain things that are a part of your routine, and we respect that. Other things are tasks better delegated to your house cleaner. It's a balance that should compliment each other.

Communication is the key to that balance.

Based between Lake City, and Wedgewood, our office serves the Seattle area. We work on Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, Magnolia, Wallingford, Ballard, and North to 145th. Our goal is to keep our over head low in order to keep our prices in line with your budget.
