My wife Elsa, and I are personally involved in the business. We are also proud of the fact that we have helped others to establish, and grow businesses here in the State of Washington. We like the cleaning business and have a passion for it. My wife, called Lupe, short for Elsa Guadelupe, likes the regularly scheduled cleaning clients. I prefer the one time cleanings.

Over these past ten years we have set up systems that work well for every body. We work in teams of three. This helps to keep people fresh during the day by rotating tasks. Most of the new clients we get are from people who had a single person or couple cleaning the home.

Our turn over of workers is very low. The same people clean your home each time. We do rotate teams through from time to time so that each team can get to know all of the houses.

This is a good time to mention our superivisors, Estaire, and Sylvia. We have broken off a couple of other cleaning companies these past six years. This is the incentive in our company. We encourage people to grow in the business. The same set of people have worked with us for over those six years, because we have that incentive for the people who want to do some thing more. 

Estaire, and Sylvia have shown an ability to work for the good of the client. It's an important step. We can teach cleaning; caring is a personal trait. We try to show that what we do is more than a job. It's a benefit to you, and for them.  

We currently have two teams working. Estaire, and Sylvia are a part of those teams. My wife and I supervise those teams personally, in the field. There are just so many houses that can be done efficiently during a day. We keep teams to a schedule so that there is a consistency to your service. We assign one time cleanings to the end of the day so that we can keep to our schedule.
