We are a family owned and operated business. My wife, Lupe, and I watch every facet of our operations on a day to day basis.

It is a very hands on approach. Employee and client retention help us to keep overhead low.

We take on as many clients as we can handle comfortably. Each team is responsible for about five houses per day. There are three people on each team.

 Over the years we have had many opportunities to experiment with what works. The three person team is a good example. House cleaning is very hard work. To keep fresh during a work week people need to rotate tasks.

Doing five houses in a day is as much as can be done. We try to start at nine and be done before four. It fits most people's schedule.

We supply all cleaning products, cleaning cloths, and vacuums. The cleaning products are regular household brands you find in the grocery store. Floors, for the most part, are done with vinegar and water. In bathrooms we use a disinfectant. 

Every part of our system has been thought out and tested by trial and error. Your feed back helps us to improve our service so we welcome your comments.
